NexBuy LLC (dba CallAlternative) ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CallAlternative browser-based calling service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

We collect information you provide directly (e.g. email, password, organization name when you sign up; payment and billing information processed by our payment provider; phone numbers you call and call metadata such as duration and status). We also collect information automatically when you use our service (e.g. IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data). We may use third-party services for authentication (e.g. Google sign-in), payment processing (e.g. Stripe), and visitor identification (e.g. Fingerprint) as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments and manage your account; to send you service-related communications; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; to comply with legal obligations; and to enforce our Terms of Service. Our systems may be hosted in the United States or other jurisdictions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.
