1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CallAlternative website and browser-based calling service ("Service") operated by NexBuy LLC (dba CallAlternative) ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CallAlternative provides voice calling over the internet (VoIP) from your web browser to phone numbers in supported countries (including the United States and Canada). No SIM card or traditional phone line is required. You use the Service by signing in, purchasing or subscribing to calling minutes, and placing calls through our web interface. Availability of countries and features may change; we will notify you of material changes where required.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other reasons consistent with applicable law.

4. Payment and Usage

Calling minutes and subscriptions are sold or offered pursuant to the plans and pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our billing policy and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of the Service. Usage is metered; unused minutes may not roll over unless otherwise stated in your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. You may not harass others, impersonate any person or entity, or use the Service to send unsolicited communications. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We may block numbers, suspend service, or take other action to enforce acceptable use and comply with law.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where required.
